The Lindene is strictly a non-smoking Hotel

A 20% Deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
Unfortunately Deposits are non-refundable.
All monies are to paid in full on arrival.

Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival
and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Breakfast is served between 8.30-9.00am(no refunds on b/fasts not taken)

We would like our guests to enjoy their stay with us and that our guests to conduct themselves in a fair and reasonable manner.The proprietors have the right to expel any persons should the conduct of that person(s) staying within the Hotel cause any detriment to either any other guests or members of staff/proprietors.
There will be no exceptions
